Welcome to Bulli Cards.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Bulli Cards website and to purchases made from Bulli Cards, including trading cards, sealed products, collectibles, repacks, live breaks and other products or services offered by us.

By accessing our website, placing an order or participating in a Bulli Cards break or other service, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. About Bulli Cards

Bulli Cards is an Australian trading card and collectibles business.

Our products and services may include:

• Trading cards and collectibles

• Factory-sealed trading card products

• Bulli Packs and other repack products

• Live trading card breaks

• Open-live products

• Trading card accessories

• Pre-orders

• Promotional products

• Other hobby and collectible products

2. Online Store Terms

By purchasing from Bulli Cards, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You must not use our products, services or website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

You must not attempt to interfere with, damage, misuse or gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or services.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, pricing and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or display.

For collectible products, photographs may sometimes be representative unless the listing specifically states that the exact item pictured is the item being purchased.

Where an individual trading card is being sold, the product description and photographs should be reviewed carefully before purchasing.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.

Where applicable, taxes will be handled in accordance with Australian law.

Shipping charges and any other applicable fees will be displayed during checkout.

Bulli Cards may change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing or system error has occurred and subject to applicable law.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that Bulli Cards has accepted the order.

We reserve the right, where lawful and reasonable, to cancel or decline an order, including where:

• A product is unavailable.

• An incorrect price or product description has been displayed due to an error.

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

• A customer attempts to manipulate a promotion, break, repack or purchasing system.

• An order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Where we cancel a paid order and no product or service has been supplied, the applicable payment will be refunded.

6. Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is fulfilled unless otherwise agreed.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include third-party payment services such as Afterpay.

When using a third-party payment provider, you may also be subject to that provider's terms and conditions.

Bulli Cards does not control the processing times or other internal procedures of third-party payment providers.

7. Bulli Packs & Repacks

Bulli Cards may sell mystery or repack products under the Bulli Packs brand or other product names.

Repack products contain trading cards or collectibles allocated according to the structure described in the relevant product listing.

Where applicable, Bulli Cards may publish information including:

• Number of packs produced.

• Chase cards.

• Potential card values or value ranges.

• Product tiers.

• Odds or probabilities.

• Checklist information.

• Other information relevant to the particular release.

Customers should review the applicable product description before purchasing.

Unless specifically guaranteed in the listing, purchasing a repack does not guarantee receipt of a particular card, player, wrestler, team, grade, parallel, autograph or monetary value.

The outcome of opening a repack is inherently variable.

Once a repack has been opened, dissatisfaction with the particular card or value received does not, by itself, provide a right to a refund.

This does not affect any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Card Values

Any card values, estimated values, comparable sales, market values or similar information displayed by Bulli Cards are provided as estimates or reference information unless expressly stated otherwise.

The trading card market can fluctuate significantly.

Bulli Cards does not guarantee that a card will retain, increase or achieve any particular resale value.

Previous sales and market prices are not guarantees of future value.

9. Trading Card Condition & Grading

Trading card condition can be subjective.

Unless a card is specifically advertised as professionally graded, Bulli Cards does not guarantee that a card will receive a particular grade from PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC or another grading service.

Raw cards may contain imperfections including print lines, surface marks, centering issues, corner wear, edge wear or other manufacturing imperfections.

Where photographs of the actual card are provided, customers should review them carefully before purchasing.

10. Live Breaks

Bulli Cards may conduct live trading card breaks through our website, social media platforms, streaming services or third-party marketplaces.

Each break may have its own format and rules.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the break description before purchasing a spot.

Break formats may include allocation by:

• Team

• Division

• Player

• Wrestler

• Random spot

• Pack

• Serial number

• Other advertised methods

Cards pulled during a break will be allocated according to the advertised break rules.

Participation in a break does not guarantee that you will receive a card or a particular type or value of card unless expressly stated.

If a break includes randomisation, the advertised randomisation process will determine the applicable allocations.

Once a live break has commenced, purchases relating to that break are generally final except where required by law.

11. Multi-Team or Unallocated Cards

For live breaks, a card featuring multiple players, teams or other eligible participants will be allocated according to the rules stated for that break.

Where no specific rule has been published, Bulli Cards may use a reasonable and transparent method such as randomisation between eligible participants.

Any special allocation rules will be communicated during or before the applicable break where reasonably practicable.

12. Open-Live Products

Customers may have the option to purchase sealed products and request that Bulli Cards open them during a live stream.

By selecting or requesting an open-live service, you authorise Bulli Cards to break the manufacturer's seal and open the product on your behalf.

Once the product has been opened at your request, it cannot be returned merely because you are unhappy with the contents.

The cards or applicable contents will then be packaged and shipped to you according to our Shipping Policy.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

13. Manufacturer Products

Bulli Cards is not responsible for the random collation decisions of trading card manufacturers.

Manufacturers may advertise products as containing cards at certain approximate rates, ratios or averages.

Unless Bulli Cards specifically provides its own guarantee, manufacturer-stated averages do not mean that every individual box, pack or case will contain a particular card.

Manufacturing defects or collation issues will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and, where appropriate, manufacturer procedures.

14. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are sold before their expected release or availability date.

Release dates supplied by manufacturers or distributors are estimates and may change.

By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge that the release and delivery date may be delayed due to circumstances outside Bulli Cards' reasonable control.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock products may be held until all products are available unless otherwise arranged.

If a pre-order cannot be supplied, Bulli Cards will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

15. Shipping

Shipping is governed by the Bulli Cards Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, tariffs or other import charges imposed by their destination country.

16. Returns & Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Bulli Cards Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy excludes any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Promotions, Giveaways & Discount Codes

Bulli Cards may occasionally offer promotions, discount codes, giveaways or other special offers.

Additional terms may apply to individual promotions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.

• Discount codes have no cash value.

• Promotions may have an expiry date.

• Eligibility requirements may apply.

• Promotional offers may be limited by available stock.

Bulli Cards may cancel or modify a promotion where reasonably necessary because of an error, technical issue, fraud, misuse or circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

18. Bounties & Live Promotions

Bulli Cards may occasionally offer bounties or promotional rewards during live breaks or product openings.

Eligibility and the conditions required to win a bounty will be communicated before or during the applicable promotion.

A bounty is only awarded where the advertised conditions are satisfied.

Where a bounty or promotion is conducted through a third-party platform, additional platform rules may also apply.

19. Third-Party Platforms

Bulli Cards may sell products or conduct live streams through third-party platforms and social media services.

Transactions conducted through a third-party marketplace may also be subject to that platform's rules, terms, refund policies and buyer protections.

Where there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory requirements imposed by a third-party marketplace for a transaction made through that marketplace, the applicable marketplace requirements may apply to that transaction.

20. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Bulli Cards owns or is authorised to use the Bulli Cards branding, logos, graphics, website content, product photography, repack designs and other original content created for our business.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our original content without permission.

Third-party trademarks, trading card brands, sports leagues, manufacturers, wrestlers, players and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Bulli Cards is not affiliated with or endorsed by a manufacturer, sports league, team, wrestler or player merely because their products or collectibles are sold by us, unless an affiliation is expressly stated.

21. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website and online services available and functioning correctly.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, upgrades or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

22. Errors & Omissions

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability or shipping.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors and update information, subject to applicable consumer law and contractual obligations.

23. Fraudulent Activity

Bulli Cards may take reasonable steps to protect our business and customers against suspected fraud, payment fraud, chargeback abuse or manipulation of our products and services.

Where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity, we may cancel an affected transaction, restrict access to our services or provide relevant information to payment providers or authorities where permitted or required by law.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulli Cards will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products where such liability can lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies liability, guarantees, warranties, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

25. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website and services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

Payment information may also be processed by Shopify and other third-party payment providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

26. Changes to These Terms

Bulli Cards may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

Changes will apply from the date they are published and will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing transaction.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have regarding jurisdiction or dispute resolution under applicable consumer law.
